Accessibility Statement

Effective: October 1, 2025 Last updated: January 29, 2026 Support@kavacorellc.com +1-888-808-2683

KavaCore is committed to making our websites and services accessible to everyone. We design and test with accessibility in mind and aim to support inclusive interactions across devices and assistive technologies.

Need help? If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we’ll respond as soon as reasonably possible and work to provide an accessible alternative.
This statement is informational and not legal advice.
Respects your device setting by default. Your choice is saved in your browser.

1) Scope

This statement applies to KavaCore web properties and service-related web experiences we operate. Some embedded third-party tools (such as maps, scheduling, video, or chat widgets) are provided by external vendors. We choose accessible options where practical and offer alternatives upon request.

2) Standards & conformance target

  • Target standard: WCAG 2.2 Level AA (where feasible for our web properties)
  • Approach: semantic HTML, progressive enhancement, and keyboard-first interaction
  • Assistive tech spot checks: screen readers and keyboard-only navigation (as available)

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we aim for broad conformance, some pages or third-party components may vary.

3) Accessibility features we build in

  • Semantic landmarks (header, main, footer) and a logical heading structure
  • Keyboard support, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link
  • Readable contrast and accessible color usage (not relying on color alone)
  • Motion preferences honored when the device requests reduced motion
  • Forms with labels, clear instructions, and understandable validation
  • Responsive layout and scalable text without losing content or functionality

4) Testing & continuous improvement

  • Automated checks for common issues (labels, contrast, landmarks)
  • Manual keyboard testing on key user flows
  • Performance and stability practices to reduce cognitive load
  • Accessibility reviews during major updates when practical

5) Known limitations

We work to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Known issues may include: third-party widgets, legacy content, or media without full alternatives.

Current status:

  • Monitoring — we track feedback and address issues as they are discovered.

If you report a barrier, please include the page URL and what you were trying to do so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.

6) Third-party content & widgets

Some features may be provided by third parties (for example: meeting links, map embeds, scheduling, or chat widgets). If a third-party component creates a barrier, we’ll provide an alternative method to communicate or complete the same task.

7) Feedback & accommodations

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an alternative format (for example: plain text, large print, or a different contact method), please reach out:

Helpful details to include: the page URL, your device/browser, the assistive technology used (if any), and a brief description of the issue.

8) Updates to this statement

We may update this statement as our website evolves. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
