This public policy applies unless a signed agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or product-specific terms expressly provide otherwise.
Requests you may submit
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Access or obtain a copy of applicable personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete applicable personal information.
- Obtain portable data where required.
- Opt out of applicable sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where required.
- Appeal a denied request where the applicable state law provides an appeal right.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the right you want to exercise. You may also use the contact information published on KavaCoreLLC.com.
For cookie and advertising choices, use Cookie Settings when available. Browser-based opt-out preference signals may also be honored where required and technically applicable.
Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We will not ask for more verification information than reasonably necessary. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to complete it.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and may verify the consumer directly unless law provides otherwise.
Timing, exceptions, and appeals
We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may use an available extension where permitted. Privacy rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions for security, legal obligations, fraud prevention, contract performance, internal uses, privileged information, trade secrets, or other lawful reasons.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
