Accessibility Statement

KavaCore’s commitment to making its public websites and software experiences usable by people with disabilities.

Effective August 26, 2026Updated August 26, 2026KavaCore LLC · Illinois, USA

KavaCore works to improve accessibility across its public websites and, as products mature, to incorporate accessibility into product design and engineering.

This public policy applies unless a signed agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or product-specific terms expressly provide otherwise.

01

Our approach

We aim to use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible interactions, sufficient contrast, meaningful alternative text, responsive layouts, clear focus states, and labels for interactive controls.

We use WCAG guidance as a practical reference for accessibility work, but this statement is not a certification that every page or third-party component fully conforms to a particular standard.

02

Third-party content

Some embedded, linked, payment, analytics, communications, or other third-party services are controlled by their providers. We encourage accessible integrations and will consider alternatives where a third-party feature creates a material barrier.

03

Feedback and accommodation

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] with the page or feature, the problem you experienced, and your preferred contact method. We will review reasonable accessibility requests and work toward an appropriate solution.

04

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We may update design systems, content, testing practices, and product requirements as standards, technology, and user needs evolve.
