KavaCore uses a limited set of providers for its corporate website and may use additional cloud, model, or infrastructure providers for a particular customer engagement or KavaCore.ai product.
This public policy applies unless a signed agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or product-specific terms expressly provide otherwise.
Current website and corporate-service providers
- DigitalOcean — application hosting and infrastructure for KavaCore web properties and selected workloads.
- GitHub — source-code hosting, version control, and continuous-integration/deployment workflows.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for website inquiries and service communications when configured.
- Stripe — payment processing, billing, and subscription management when a customer pays through Stripe.
- Google — analytics, advertising measurement, fonts, or related website services when those features are enabled and permitted by user preferences.
Customer-specific providers
Depending on an engagement or product, KavaCore may use customer-approved or service-appropriate providers such as cloud infrastructure vendors, model/API providers, database services, observability providers, communications platforms, or customer-selected integrations.
The applicable SOW, product documentation, or customer-specific subprocessor notice may identify additional providers when they process Customer Personal Data.
AI and model providers
KavaCore does not treat every technology brand shown on our marketing website as a subprocessor. An AI or model provider becomes relevant to a customer only when that provider is actually used to process Customer Personal Data for the selected service or product.
Where required, KavaCore will disclose applicable model or AI subprocessors through product documentation, an order, or an updated subprocessor notice.
Changes
We may update this list as our operational stack changes. Where a signed agreement or applicable law requires advance notice or an objection process for a new subprocessor, KavaCore will follow that requirement.
