Use this page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by KavaCore. We respond as soon as reasonably possible and within legally required timelines, subject to verification and lawful exceptions.

Please don’t include sensitive data (government IDs, passwords, payment details) in your request. If you are requesting on behalf of someone else, see “Authorized agents” below.

1) What you can request

  • Access / copy — a summary or copy of personal information associated with you, where required by law.
  • Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — remove personal information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
  • Opt-out (where applicable) — opt out of certain uses such as “sale/share” as defined by some laws (we do not sell personal information).

If you are a customer, some data may be controlled by your organization. In that case, we may refer you to the customer (controller) to submit the request.

2) How the process works

Step 1 — Receive

We confirm receipt and open a case for your request.

Step 2 — Verify

To protect your information, we may request reasonable verification (for example, confirming control of the email address or specific account details).

Step 3 — Respond

We respond within applicable legal timelines and explain any lawful exceptions or limitations.

3) Submit a request

Option A — Online form:
Paste your WPForms (or other) shortcode below. Recommended fields: Full Name, Email, Country/State/Province, Request Type (Access/Correct/Delete), Relationship (Customer/Prospect/Other), Details, and an acknowledgment checkbox.

If you can’t use the form, email Support@kavacorellc.com with your name, the email you want us to search, your request type, and relevant details.

4) Identity verification & authorized agents

We verify requests to protect your information. Verification may vary depending on the type of request and the sensitivity of the data involved. If you use an authorized agent (where permitted by law), we may require proof of authorization and may ask the individual to confirm the request directly with us.

5) Regional notes (informational)

United States Rights vary by state. Requests may include access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out rights where applicable. Response timelines and extensions may be permitted under local law.

Canada Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, individuals may request access and correction. Response timelines and extensions may be permitted under local law.
